It is a highly innovative creative© coating, made of 100% fiberglass. Glass fibres used for weaving, like other types of glass, are obtained from renewable raw materials readily available in nature, such as kaolin, alumina, silica and others, by reacting mixtures at temperatures between 1300 and 1600 μc.
For this purpose special furnaces are used from which the material in the liquid state, is extruded through the dies, platinum stoves bearing at the base a predetermined number of holes with a diameter of several millimeters. The molten glass, pouring through the holes, takes the form of multiple rods, which are collected and thrown on a rotating spindle at a very high speed in order to create a rapid stretching of the molten glass and cooled quickly. In this way a filament of a diameter of a few microns is obtained and a thread is obtained from the set of filaments.
This wire has physical and chemical properties almost identical to those of glass in mass: specific gravity, electrical resistivity, non-flammability, thermal conductivity and chemical inertia. On the other hand, the mechanical properties are completely different, since the production process allows the fibres to maintain even in the "solid" state the molecular disposition corresponding to the liquid one, which remains, so to speak, "frozen" at the moment of abrupt cooling of the material at the exit from the supply chain. In addition, the tensile strength of the fibres is many times higher than that of glass in mass, reaching values above 30,000 kg/cm2 (three times that of steel). The technical fiberglass fabric combines strength and lightness and is the most innovative answer to decorative and functional needs for floors and walls, in any type of environment, indoor and outdoor.

The technical fiberglass fabric is available in 3 different product concepts with different surface textures, and thus offers ample space to customize the coating and the environment, with the possibility to intervene not only on the graphic subject but also on the aesthetic and material characteristic of the surface itself.

Our creative© glass fiber coatings are distinguished by the high quality that leads them to have excellent technical and functional characteristics and their use helps to minimize the maintenance of surfaces.

is ecological and hygienic; made with natural raw materials is neither toxic nor contaminated by biological agents, does not provide culture medium to bacteria and parasites. The reticular structure of the fabric allows the breathability of the surface. The very low electrostatic charge of glass fabrics prevents the accumulation of dust and allergenic substances.
covers any support; thanks to its structure and compactness, the technical fabric in fiberglass perfectly covers any support, concrete, stone, plasterboard, wood, walls with civil and plaster finish, tiles, floors.
reinforces and consolidates; in particular, in old constructions in which the funds may be non-homogeneous or have cracks and cracks, the fibreglass fabric significantly improves the uniformity of the surfaces, covers and retains cracks, strengthening and consolidating the supports on which it is laid.
is resistant; the special "finish" treatment makes it resistant to the concentrated alkali normally present in mortars and plasters. In addition, the glass fiber technical fabric is resistant to impact, tear, abrasion, has a high tensile strength, and its surface is not damaged by normal detergents used for cleaning.
fire resistance; the fibreglass fabric has a high fire resistance in compliance with fire prevention regulations; is approved in class B-s1, d0 fire reaction if glued on inert support with adhesive Adesikol, and has the European certification in Class A-s1, d0 if glued on an inert support with adhesives in Class 0.

FIBRA; it is light and practical to handle, has high dimensional stability, is modular, easy to cut and installation is quick and non-invasive. The technical fiberglass fabric is available in 3 different product concepts with different surface textures, and thus offers ample space to customize the coating and the environment, with the possibility to intervene not only on the graphic subject but also on the aesthetic and material characteristic of the surface itself.
